Client: Road Development Agency, Republic of Zambia

Deputy Team Leader / Architect (Design, Supervision & DNP - 27 Man-Months)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, plus a Master’s Degree in a relevant field; such as Business Administration Transport, or Highway, or Construction Law.

Experience:

·        Minimum of Ten (10) years' experience   the design and Construction of Civil engineering works.

·        At least five (5) years must have been in the design of building works.

·        Designed atleast four (4) buidlings in the last ten years.

·        As a Deputy Project Manager or Deputy Resident Engineer or equivalent capacity in at least three (3) building projects of a similar nature (Dry Ports, One Stop Border Posts), magnitude and complexity in the past Fifteen (15) years.
