Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning & Control Engineer specializing in Water infrastructure projects to join our team as part of a tender submission on projects based in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for overall Management of project scheduling and resource planning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and variance analysis.
• Forecast resource requirements and optimize schedules.
• Report on project performance.

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering discipline with certification in planning and scheduling of projects.
• PMI Schedule Professional (PMI-SP) status is an added value.
• 15+ years of experience in project planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in project planning, budgeting, cost phasing and control from the project initiation to close out phases, utilizing computer-based systems (Primavera Project Management ‘P6’ & Primavera Contract Management ‘Expedition’).
• Familiarity with the techniques for schedule impact analysis.
• Preferably, to have experience in Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC)
• Proven track record in successfully managing water infrastructure engineering projects of varying complexity.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project milestones.
