Description

The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the project's creative strategies, overseeing content development, and ensuring the alignment of communication materials with project objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • OR An undergraduate degree in the above-mentioned disciplines, with an additional three years of relevant professional experience over and above the relevant professional experience listed below.
  • Strong strategic thinking mindset with the ability to align creative efforts with overall objectives and the ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in the creative and communications industry.
  • Demonstrated creative proficiency in graphic design, multimedia production, and an advanced understanding of design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General Professional Experience:

  • At least seven years of experience in creative leadership roles within advertising agencies, marketing departments, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, with the ability to translate insights into creative strategies.

Specific Professional Experience:

  • At least five years of brand development experience, including direct involvement in the development and evolution of brand identities for large organisations.
  • At least five years of experience in conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential components.
  • At least five years of proven experience in creating digital content, social media campaigns, and a deep understanding of online user behaviour.
  • At least five years of experience in managing creative budgets effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with clients, understanding their objectives, and presenting creative solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
