Lab Specialist

IQVIA is pursuing an opportunity with NHM, Karnataka and looking for critical care specialist to be proposed in the bid. The total project duration is 19 months. Project location is Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Qualification- MBBS with MD Community Medicine/ MBBS with MD Pathology/ MBBS with MHM from a recognized university.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in public health. & Experience of working in the Government sector will be added advantage.

•     Knowledge of English and Kannada

·       Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MSWord, Excel, Power Point & Web surfing to search relevant data & documents.

•     Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Kannada.

•            Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Scope of Work

·       Provide technical and managerial guidance for establishment and smooth functioning of IPHL and BPHU

·       Supervision of PoC laboratories in HWCs established under PMABHIM and XVFC.

·       To assist the focal person for managing lab services under the initiative and developing and implementing protocols, guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance quality lab services.
