Required profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, project assistance, or as a junior engineer or Translator / Interpreter.
- Excellent English language ability.
- Experience in office management and project assistance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.
- Translation and interpretation between English and Bosnian local language is a great asset.
Description of tasks:
Office Management & Administration:
- Assist project experts in all necessary tasks;
- Arrange and coordinate meetings;
- Manage file uploads and downloads on MS Teams/ SharePoint;
- Provide support in report writing, review and formatting;
- Assist with the planning of project activities, review and update of MS Project plans;
- Organise meetings and workshops;
- Support in coordination with other experts and subconsultants;
- Assist with the coordination to ensure timely submission of timesheets;
- Manage office resources;
- Maintain and backup project records via SharePoint;
- If needed, provide technical translation and technical review of translated documents, plans, reports, minutes of meetings, and other documents between English and Bosnian;
- If needed, handle the procurement of goods and services as directed by the team leader.
Deliverables:
- Regular reporting of monthly financial accounts to the HQ in Germany, including supporting documents;
- Formatting of project reports, training manuals, meeting minutes and etc.;
- If needed, provide translation and interpretation services for reports, minutes of meetings, and other documents between English and Bosnian local language. Also, provide interpreting services at workshops and/or meetings.
