Client: Ministry of Public Works Reconstruction and Housing, Somalia 

Civil Clerk of Works (Supervision Period – 12 Man-Months)

Education: Minimum of 10 years’ experience, an HNC or HND and membership of a professional engineering institution, or a Civil Engineering Clerk of Works qualified by extended experience (15 years) and suitable “on-the-job” training.

Experience:

·        At least 5years specific experience in road construction

·        Worked on at least two road construction projects.

·        A minimum of two years spent in Sub-Saharan Africa
