Key Expert 2 (Financial Markets Advisor - FMA)

The FMA will be working under the coordination of the CFA and providing technical expertise for the achievement of the results under components. FMA will also support the CFA for injecting lessons learned to other activities and vice a versa.

Qualification and skills:

University degree in economy, finance, business or related fields;

Good command of spoken and written English.

General professional experience:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in climate finance and/or sustainable finance, EU financial policies (project implementation, legislation development, strategic plan preparation, financial intruments development);

Specific Professional Experience:

Key Expert 2 should fulfil at least two of the following four criteria At least 3 years of  experience working with central banks, treasury, financial supervisory authorities and/or other financial system regulators in developing and/or implementing green or sustainable finance frameworks (i.e., Sustainable or Green Finance Roadmaps, Action Plans, );          

Minimum 3 years of working with international financial institutions and/or UN organizations’ and ‘climate-finance and sustainability transformation advisory’in projects related to climate-finance and sustainability transformation advisory;

At least 3 years of experience in climate/sustainable/green financial tools and products like thematic bonds, guarantees, equity

Experience in implementation/preparation of the EU regulations for  NFRD, CSRD and TCFD;
