Climate Change Adaptation Specialist

Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Climate Change Adaptation Specialist to join our team for the upcoming Climate resilient road asset management and road safety (CRRAMS) in Mongolia, funded by ADB.

The objective of the project is to improve state road sections linking aimag capitals among themselves and to the country’s main east–west road corridor, providing all weather access to services and economic opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in civil engineering, hydrology, or other relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years professional experience.
• Experience in highway design, and in cold climates would be an advantage.
