EUROPEAN PROFILES S.A. (GR) is looking for experts for the implementation of the following Framework Contract: Technical Assistance for the Elaboration of a National Policy against Harmful Practices

Global objective

To support the implementation of EU Gender Action Plan (GAP III) in Guinea Bissau.

Specific objective

to strengthen National Authorities and civil society capacities in Guinea Bissau for the design and elaboration of a National Policy to Combat Harmful Practices, by providing technical assistance and support

Expertise

Minimum requirements for experts are not formally defined, but they need to have a proven experience working in the field of harmful practices, and in the development of public policies. The harmful practices expertise includes at least FGM, domestic violence and early and forced marriage. The experts should speak fluent Portuguese, and at least one member of the team must be fluent speaking in Bissau-Guinean Creole.

Other details

• International travel (at least 3).
• Transportation of the team of experts between Bissau and the regions (at least 8 times).
• Catering and training room rental (at least for 8 regional seminars and one in Bissau, and a final event to present the Policy in Bissau).
• Per diems outside Bissau (at least 36).
