Description

We are looking for a National Legal Expert based full-time in Namibia for an AfDB funded mandate with the Municipality of Otjiwarongo. The project would involve undertaking transaction advisory services for Wastewater treatment plant and Waste-to-energy plant in Namibia. Candidates meeting all the requirements stated below are welcomed to share their CVs.

Local Legal Expert

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Registration with the Law Society of Namibia

Must be admitted to practice and have the right of appearance before the High and Supreme Courts of Namibia

At least 5 years of litigation experience

Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience in drafting contractual agreements and other related documents/agreements and supporting resolution of legal matters throughout the private party procurement process.
