Danish Refugee Council, one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, is currently seeking a highly qualified Support Services Specialist, who is administrative focal person for DRC’s office in Bangkok and provide support to the regional projects.
This role requires an expert on the local administration regulations, compliance requirements and pragmatic support expertise who can ensure the smooth running of the office and project support. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the regional leadership team and provide support and advice to DRC’s projects and platforms based in Bangkok in timely manner, in line with donors, DRC and Royal Thai government’s guidelines and procedures.
About the job
The Support Services Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant operations for DRC’s office and project platforms in Thailand. This position provides comprehensive support across administration, finance, human resources, and supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and local regulations. Serving as the main liaison with Royal Thai government authorities and external service providers. The Specialist facilitates critical operational tasks such as office administration, legal compliance, recruitment processes, payroll, procurement, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in cross-functional support within an INGO context and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
The position is supervised by the Regional Head of Support Services and works closely with regional projects team and the two regional platforms, Mixed Migration Center – Asia (MMC) and the Asia Displacement Solutions Platform (ADSP).

About you
To be successful in this role we expect you to have a minimum 3 years' working experience in Admin, Finance and/or Human Resources, preferably with INGO in Thailand. Moreover, we also expect the following:
