CALL FOR NON-KEY EXPERTS – EU–Brunei Partnership Facility

Project duration: 2025–2028
Start of activities: From November 2025

We are building a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (NKEs) to support the implementation of a dynamic EU-funded outreach and public diplomacy initiative in Brunei Darussalam. The project promotes mutual understanding and cooperation between the EU and Brunei through cultural, academic, media, and policy-oriented engagements.

Profiles Sought:

• Public Diplomacy & Policy Experts
• Event and Logistics Managers
• Communication & Visibility Officers
• IT & Webinar Support Specialists
• Local Administrative and Interpretation Support Staff

Desired Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience (minimum 3 years) in one or more of the areas listed above.
• Based in Brunei Darussalam or willing to relocate.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of Brunei Malay is essential.
• Familiarity with EU communication standards and event implementation is highly valued.
• Availability for short missions over the 36-month period.
