Solar Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Electrical Project Managers to oversee and execute electrical projects in Liberia. With extensive experience in electrical engineering, project management, and construction within the power, infrastructure, or industrial sectors, the ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and finalize solar electrical projects while ensuring alignment with company goals, with a strong emphasis on extensive experience in solar project execution.

· Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to achieve successful project delivery.

· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize project execution.

· Supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols and electrical codes.

· Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar electrical systems.

· Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications.

· Manage procurement of electrical components and ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports for senior management.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.

· Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and support.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

· 10-15 years of experience in power system design, execution, and commissioning.

· Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies and system design principles.

· Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, PVsyst, DIALux, Primavera, etc).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Experience with large-scale solar projects is a plus.

· Experience in project management or coordination of engineering teams.
