We are now looking for an analytical and result-driven finance professional with solid experience in accounting and corporate reporting. If you are motivated by GAME’s strive for equality and based in Copenhagen, Denmark, then you might be the one.

Would you like to join GAME and contribute to improving our ways of working in a growing global Finance function? GAME has in recent years experienced a significant scaling in its activities both in Denmark and internationally. This development and the associated increase in complexity of managing an expanding portfolio of programs and projects has prompted GAME to adjust the organisation and a need to review our internal procedures with a focus on how we can work smarter. We are looking for a new colleague who would thrive working in a changing work environment and would be excited to put his/her own footprint into the organisation.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the position, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordination and advisory support during the annual budgeting process of GAME’s international operations
  • Controlling of accounts as part of the fiscal year closure in relation to GAME’s international operations incl. the engagement between internal and external stakeholders

Quality Assurance of International Donor Projects:

  • Coordination of donor project audits, when conducted in Denmark
  • Know-how around external binding donor regulations e.g. Danish Ministries and EU

Advisory Function:

  • Providing expert advice related to financial management across GAME
  • Building together with finance colleagues a high-performing global function
  • Involvement around the development of GAME standards and forthcoming financial systems
