MAGENTA is hiring for an upcoming education project and looking to connect with experienced, creative consultants across instructional design, curriculum, and M&E. If you’re passionate about designing tools that actually work for educators and learners—and bring fresh thinking, not just recycled formats—we’d love to hear from you.

 Instructional Designers (x2)
We're looking for designers who can translate ideas into clear, engaging, educator-facing tools. You’ve created things like lesson templates, classroom activities, micro-learning modules, games, podcasts, or short videos. You understand how to build for usability, not just presentation—and you know how to keep things practical and project-based.

Curriculum Developer (x1)
You’ll lead on content structure—designing learning outcomes, competency progressions, and making sure it all fits together pedagogically. You’re experienced in competency-based education, familiar with applied and learner-centered approaches, and know how to balance structure with flexibility.

 Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (x1)
We need someone who can design smart, actionable M&E systems for education tools. You’re confident defining indicators for adoption and learning, building practical feedback loops, and working closely with teams to turn insights into improvements—not just reports.

✔️ 5+ years of experience in your area of expertise
✔️ Experience working in applied education and/or SBC contexts
✔️ Comfortable working in English (Arabic a strong asset)
