Overview:
IBTCI is seeking a M&E Specialist/Methodologist (Performance Monitoring Specialist) for the Department of State, West-Bank, Gaza, Lebanon, Third-party Monitoring Services for Humanitarian Assistance to Palestinians Activity. The project aims to provide support to PRM’s ongoing oversight of humanitarian assistance for Palestinians in Gaza, West Bank, and Lebanon through in-person and remote observation of implementing partners’ (IPs) program activities and through the collection and independent analysis of partner performance and risk management data.
The M&E Specialist/Methodologist shall provide technical leadership and advise on the development of sound data collection tools, protocols, and analysis plan.
This part-time, remote position is contingent upon award.

Education:
A bachelor’s degree in international affairs, social science, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: International travel may be required and may include travel to fragile and/or conflict-prone zones.
Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in Jordan or another neighbouring country.
