???? Qualifications

·         The Planning Specialist shall have a relevant Bachelor degree preferably postgraduate qualification in Planning Management.

·         She/he must have a minimum of 15 (fifteen) years related to Project schedules Management of large road construction projects.

·         She/he preferably has strong experience in project planning and scheduling for large infrastructure projects, with proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

·         She/he must have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 (two) Highway or road construction projects of similar nature.

·         In addition, she/he must have relevant international experience and working experience of at least 2 (two) years in developing countries.
