Educational Qualification :

  • She/he must be a registered Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering with expertise in Highway Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

 

Essential Experience :

  • She/he must have a minimum of 20 (twenty) years of cumulative experience in Civil Engineering and thereof a minimum of 10 (ten) years related to Highway road construction supervision.
  • She/he must have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 (two) Highway road or large roads construction projects of similar nature with each project 200 (two hundred) million USD or more construction costs.
  • She/he preferably be a full-time employee of the PMC since at least 5 years.
  • In addition, she/he must have relevant international experience and working experience of at least 3 (three) years in developing countries.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English is mandatory.

 

Job responsibilities :

  • She/he will be responsible for the supervision of the progress and compliance of the works with the DBF Contract, the technical specifications and the approved detailed design.
