???? Qualifications

·         She/he must have a Masters/Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or equivalent.

·         She/he must have 15 (fifteen) years’ experience in preparation of environmental impact assessment, environmental monitoring and in advisory role and worked as a sole expert in similar capacity on at least 2 (two) highway Road projects of similar nature.

·         She/he must have sound knowledge of environmental and social issues, initiatives and implementation of mitigation measures related to infrastructure projects and road development projects.

·         She/he must have at least 3 (three) years working experience in developing countries.

·         She/he must be preferably a full-time employee of the PMC since at least 2 years.

·         Fluency in written and spoken form of English is mandatory.
