Finn Church Aid Ukraine is looking for a Grants Manager. The Grants Manager will be responsible for preparing and writing funding proposals, ensuring compliance with donor reporting and programming requirements and identifying funding and partnership opportunities which will assist FCA Ukraine in realizing its strategic priorities. The Grants Manager will be based at FCA’s office in Kyiv.

FCA’s humanitarian aid programme in Ukraine focuses on education and livelihood sectors in central and eastern Ukraine which involves frequent travels and deployment in areas heavily affected by the war.
Scope of Work & Deliverables
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Proposal Writing (40%)
Donor Reporting, Quality Assurance and Compliance (40%)
Identifying Funding Opportunities, Potential Donors and Partners (20%)

The position will be filled as soon as possible and it is a fixed-term employment until 31st July 2026, with probation period. The compensation is based on FCA salary scale and the candidate’s level of experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are already working in Ukraine.
