Academic Qualifications 

• Holds a PhD degree in Education, Information Technology, or a relevant field. 

 General Experience

• Proven experience in teaching and research within a higher education setting for at least 10 years.

E-learning Experience 

• At least 5 years’ experience in the development and establishment of e-learning/digital/online learning programs in higher 
  education or industry.
• Membership of a relevant professional body
