EU in Kosovo Communication Services: Key Expert 1: Team Leader

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor degree in any field or vocational education in any field plus four years of relevant professional experience;
• Excellent spoken and written English (at least level C1);
• Master degree in the field of communication, or public relations, or journalism, or political science, or international relations, or European studies, will be an advantage.

General professional experience

• At least 1,500 FTE of professional experience in public relations, or communication, or marketing activities.
• General professional experience in the fields specified under criterion above acquired after 01.01.2016 in and/or with the public sector will be an advantage.

Specific professional experience

• Experience acquired as a team leader or communication component leader in at least two (2) contracts of a minimum duration of 1 year each, implementing communication activities targeting the general public.
• Specific professional experience defined under criterion above acquired after 01.01.2016 in at least 1 contract funded through EU External Financing Instruments will be an advantage
