Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor degree in any field or vocational education in any field plus four years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English (at least level C1);
- Master degree in the field communication, or public relations or journalism, will be an advantage.
General professional experience
- At least 1,100 FTE of experience with communication and information campaigns or communication strategies.
- General professional experience in the fields specified under criterion above acquired after 01.01.2016 in and/or with the public or non-profit sector will be an advantage.
Specific professional experience
- Designing or managing communication and visibility strategies or campaigns for international organisations or international NGOs.
- Specific professional experience defined under criterion above acquired in at least 1 contract funded through EU External Financing Instruments will be an advantage.
