Project Description
The purpose of this GIZ-funded activity is to support the operationalization of reforms in Ethiopia's vocational training system to align it with the needs of the labor market. The activity aims to strengthen the role of the private sector in managing vocational training, enhance the quality of cooperative and short-term training programs, and address skills gaps in areas such as green, digital, and entrepreneurial skills. It also emphasizes gender equality, inclusion of persons with disabilities, and environmental sustainability while fostering collaboration between public and private stakeholders to ensure long-term impact and sustainability.

Candidates shall have at a minimum the following qualifications:
Education:
University degree in TVET, Educational or Project Management or a similar field. Master’s degree preferred.
Skills and Experience:
Language:
English and Amharic are required.
EDC is a smoke-free workplace.
