Description

Qualifications and skills:

• Master's degree or at least equivalent professional experience of four (4) years in addition to the General professional experience in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, information technology, information sciences or a related field.

General professional experience

• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in ICT and Automation;

• A minimum of five (5) years of knowledge of and working experience in supporting automation of public entities.

Specific professional experience

• A minimum of three (3) years of proven track record in developing and implementing transparent, publicly accessible data platforms for monitoring development funds and project outcomes;

• A minimum of three (3) years of GIS expertise, including geospatial mapping, spatial analysis, and data visualization, tailored explicitly to monitoring socio-economic indicators and basic service coverage;

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in use of Immutable Records Technology (IRT) or blockchain solutions to safeguard OSR data integrity and ensure legal compliance;

• A minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in application of artificial intelligence for revenue mobilisation by public entities will be an added advantage.
