Description
Qualifications and skills
• University degree in agriculture, chemistry, biology or similar technical discipline,
• Demonstrated knowledge in of sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) standards and laboratories through additional formal training, including in ISO 17025 or equivalent
• Excellent drafting and communications skills
• Fluent in English
Professional experience
• At least 10 years of related professional experience, out of which at least 5 years should be of international experience with SPS infrastructure and/or laboratories.
Similar experience
• Should have carried out at least one project related to the implementation of sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) standards.
• Should have carried out at least one project related to planning and/or procurement of a laboratory at the national/central level.
