Technical Assistance to GABHIC (Gabinete de Administração das Bacias Hidrográficas do Cunene, Cuvelai e Cuvango): Institutional Strengthening of the Administration Office of the Cunene, Cuvelai and Cuvango Basins

Requirements:

Civil Engineering or similar, master's degree or specialist in dams.
At least 10 years of experience in dam construction, instrumentation and operation.
At least 3 years of experience in preliminary studies, design or supervision of dam construction
Proven experience in handling and operation with SCADA System.
At least 1 similar work in developing countries.
Working knowledge of Portuguese. English is a plus
Experience in Angola will be considered an advantage
Experience with GABHIC, INRH, Cuvecom or Okacom will be considered an advantage.
