About the position

Are you a seasoned compliance professional with deep expertise in U.S. Government contracting and regulations? MAGENTA is looking for a Senior USG Compliance Expert to join us on a long-term framework basis, to play a critical role in ensuring that our organisation meets and exceeds all regulatory standards.

In this role, you will:
???? Provide advisory on our USG contracts, CoAgs and Grants
???? Provide expert guidance on FAR related regulations
???? Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks and internal controls
???? Partner with leadership to mitigate risk while enabling business growth
???? Serve as a trusted advisor on ethics, compliance, and audit readiness

What we’re looking for:
✅ 15+ years of experience in USG compliance (federal contracting, or related sectors)
✅ Proven track record navigating complex regulatory environments
✅ Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities

Daily rate: $400 (depending on experience and qualifications)
