Promote Good Governance, reinforcement of rule of law and administration of justice.

Specific objective(s)

Advance implementation of the Strategic Plan on Human Rights 2024-2029, including facilitating legislative and institutional measures for the establishment of the National Human Rights Institution

Expertise

Advocacy and Awareness Raising Expert:

• General description of the position: Advocacy and awareness raising expertise
• Expert category: Place of Performance - Cat. III (>3 years of experience)
• Qualifications and skills required: Completed university studies of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in disciplines related to Communications, Social Sciences or similar. Master's Degree level in disciplines related to: Communications, Social Sciences or similar would be considered as a strong advantage.
• General professional experience: At least 3 years experience in the field of communications.
• Specific professional experience: Completed assignments implementing EU governance, justice or legal reform projects a strong advantage; Experience from designing and managing advocacy, awareness raising or similar campaigns highly regarded; Proven experience from human rights a strong advantage.
• Language skills: The expert must be fully proficient in written and spoken English.
• Number of working days: 30 days
