Qualifications and skills
1. Master's degree in the field of Law or Civil/Transport Engineering or directly related discipline, or Bachelor in the same field plus 3 (three) years of relevant professional experience above the minimum required under general professional experience.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken (at least B2-level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFR- levels).
General professional experience
1. Preferably 10 (ten) but not less than 7 (seven) years of professional experience in the field of transport sector.
Specific professional experience
1. Preferably 5 (five) but not less than 3 (three) years of professional experience in preparation and/or revision of legal/regulatory framework or public policy documents, in the field of railway transport.
2. Experience in at least 1 (one) project in preparation or revision of legal/regulatory framework in the field of railway transport in an EU Member State or Candidate/ Potential Candidate Country is considered an asset.
