Qualifications and skills:
1. Master’s Degree in economics, education or social or political sciences or, in its absence, professional experience of 5 years in the field of employment and skills development or Vocational Education and Training, in addition to the minimum general professional experience required.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken (at least B2-level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFR- levels).
General professional experience:
3. A minimum of 8 years, preferably 10 years, of professional experience in the field of employment and skills development or Vocational Education and Training in both EU member states and candidate countries.
Specific professional experience:
4. Experience in managing, implementing and monitoring at least one employment project targeting vulnerable groups in EU member state(s).
5. Experience of at least 5 (five) years developing or implementing active labour market measures for long- term unemployed and young unemployed job seekers, including monitoring and evaluation.
