Qualifications and skills
1.1. University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of four years study in a university or equivalent institution), or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience on top of the general professional experience required below;
1.2. Proficient knowledge of English;
1.3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications);
1.4. Master and/or PhD degree will be considered an asset;
1.5 Knowledge of local language will be considered an advantage.
General professional experience
1.6. At least 7, but preferably at least 10 years of professional working experience in the sector of employment or/and social policy gained in an EU member state or in an EU accession country.
Specific professional experience
1.7. Experience as a Team Leader in at least 1 EU-funded project within the last five (5) years;
1.8. At least 4 years of experience in drafting and/or implementing national policies and programmes in employment and/or social policy sector, co-financed by ESF;
1.9. At least 2 years of experience in monitoring the implementation of strategic documents and national policies, preferably in the employment and/or social policy sector;
1.10. Work experience in providing consulting services to national administrations in EU member states or EU accession countries in the areas relevant to this contract.
