Qualifications and skills

2.1.University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of four years’ study in a university or equivalent institution), or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience on top of the general professional experience required below;

2.2. Proficient knowledge of English;

2.3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications);

2.4. Knowledge of local language will be considered an advantage.

General professional experience

2.5. At least 5, but preferably at least 7 years of professional working experience related to labour market policies.

Specific professional experience

2.6. Work experience in providing consulting services to national administration/s in EU member states, candidate or potential candidate countries in the last 5 years, preferably in the area of employment;

2.7. Experience in drafting and/or implementing national labour market policies, co-financed by the ESF/ESF+);

2.8. Experience in monitoring the implementation of strategic documents and national employment policies.
