Qualifications and skills
3.1. University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of four years’ study in a university or equivalent institution), or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience on top of the general professional experience required below;
3.2. Proficient knowledge of English;
3.3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications);
3.4. Knowledge of local language will be considered an advantage.
General professional experience
3.5. At least 5, but preferably at least 7 years of professional working experience related to the social protection and social inclusion policies.
Specific professional experience
3.6. Work experience in providing consulting services to national administration/s in EU member states, candidate or potential candidate countries in the last 5 years, preferably in the area of social policies;
3.7. Experience in drafting and/or implementing national social protection policies, co-financed by the ESF/ESF+);
3.8. Experience in monitoring the implementation of strategic documents and national social policies.
