Profile Summary

Very senior port engineering professional with long-standing hands-on experience in port infrastructure projects, combining technical expertise with strategic and operational insight into port development and modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Port Engineering, or a closely related technical or scientific field.

Professional Experience

• 15+ years of professional experience in port management and port engineering–related activities.

• 12+ years of specialised experience in:

  • port construction projects,

  • port expansion, refurbishment and remodelling,

  • rehabilitation of port infrastructure and facilities.

• Proven experience working with or advising port authorities, engineering firms, or public infrastructure bodies.

• Demonstrated participation in technical assessments, gap analyses and infrastructure planning exercises for ports.

Key Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of port infrastructure and engineering constraints.

• Ability to translate engineering assessments into strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with non-technical stakeholders.

Languages

• English: C1–C2 level (mandatory).

• Additional languages considered an asset.
