Role Summary

The Climate-Smart Entrepreneurship & Digital Innovation Expert will lead the technical design and delivery of the advanced entrepreneurship track, supporting youth-led climate-smart and digitally enabled solutions. The role focuses on innovation, market-ready business models, and scalable climate solutions, supporting youth teams from curriculum development through mentorship, pitching, and global competition submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine the advanced entrepreneurship and innovation curriculum with a strong focus on climate-smart and digital solutions.

• Support youth teams in developing, testing, and scaling climate-focused business and innovation ideas.

• Provide technical mentorship during trainings, bootcamps, and pitching sessions.

• Guide teams on business model development, innovation feasibility, and investment readiness.

• Support preparation of pitch decks, business briefs, and digital content for national and global competitions.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and other technical experts to ensure coherence across training, mentorship, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, or climate-related programmes.

• Demonstrated expertise in climate-smart solutions, digital innovation, or green entrepreneurship.

• Experience supporting startups, incubators, or youth-led innovation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of business model development and early-stage venture support.

• Excellent mentoring, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
