In this role, you will lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of simulation games aimed at challenging socio-cultural norms and supporting gender-responsive public policy in Morocco. You will play a key part in ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all advisory services, coordinating closely with the client, project partners, and the project team, and overseeing personnel management, reporting, and communication throughout the assignment.

• Overall responsibility for the advisory packages of the contractor (quality and deadlines)
Overall responsibility for the timely and high-quality delivery of the contractor’s advisory services, including the design, development, testing, and initial implementation of two simulation games, in line with agreed milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinating and ensuring communication with the client, partners and others involved in the project
Acting as the main point of contact with the client (GIZ) and ensuring effective coordination and communication with all relevant partners and stakeholders involved in the assignment.
• Personnel management, in particular identifying the need for short-term assignments within the available budget, as well as planning and steering the assignment
Managing project personnel by identifying required short-term expert inputs, allocating tasks within the available budget, and steering the overall assignment, including the work of the Key Expert and expert pool.
• Regular reporting in accordance with deadlines
Ensuring timely preparation and submission of all required reports and progress updates in line with agreed deadlines.
• Coordination of Game Design, Development and implementation in coordination with the key expert and expert pool
Coordinating the design, development, testing, and implementation of the simulation games in close collaboration with the Key Expert and expert pool to ensure coherent delivery.
· Education/training: university degree in social sciences, development studies, international relations or another relevant field
· Language: C1-level language proficiency in French
· 5 years of professional experience in behavioural simulation games
· 4 years of project implementation with civil society organizations
· 2 years of management experience as project team leader or manager in a company with staff responsibility
· 2 years of experience in projects in MENA
· 3 years of experience in Development Cooperation projects
