Are you commercially driven, detail-oriented and want to impact more than 100 million people’s health every year?

You will play a key role in ensuring that vital medicines, medical devices, and emergency health kits reach people in need. You have a proactive and analytical mindset that supports you in handling complex sales processes, and you take pride in delivering high quality and detail-oriented results. With your natural talent for networking, you excel at building relationships across cultures and know how to navigate a highly political environment.

This position is based at our Danish headquarters in Lynge, so a valid working permit in Denmark is required.

You will be part of our UN team, dedicated to serving customers in the United Nations system and securing Missionpharma’s position as the preferred supplier of emergency kits and healthcare commodities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing tenders and quotes using market intelligence to define optimised pricing 
  • Handling customer sales budget and general order management for several UN customers 
  • Negotiating and establishing Long Term Agreements
  • Acting as the internal commercial lead, motivating colleagues to secure progress and customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong customer networks and broader UN stakeholder relations
  • Conducting market analysis using internal and external data

You can expect around 20 days of international travel per year.

Our expectations of you:
You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and 5+ years of experience in a commercial function with international exposure. In addition, you bring:

  • Solid negotiation skills and experience reading and managing complex contracts
  • A proven track record of strong relationship building and customer management
  • Ability to perform well under time pressure, deadlines, and working with incomplete information
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyse, structure, and present complex information
  • Experience motivating and working with cross-functional international teams
  • ERP experience (preferably Dynamics 365) and strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage

Last but not least, you are an excellent communicator, and you enjoy learning.

What you will do in your first months:

  • Learn Missionpharma’s internal procedures and systems for quotations and order management
  • Take ownership preparing quotations and confirming orders
  • Understand roles and responsibilities across our teams located in Denmark, India, and China, and start managing your internal stakeholders
  • Learn how to perform tender assessments and suggest course of action
