We are seeking a highly qualified Team Leader to lead an external evaluation of a Women’s Economic Empowerment programme in Egypt. The evaluation will be conducted in line with the OECD-DAC criteria, assessing the project’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and overall contribution to advancing women’s economic empowerment.
The Team Leader will oversee the evaluation process, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality deliverables in line with international evaluation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall evaluation process.
- Design the evaluation conceptual framework and evaluation matrix.
- Lead stakeholder consultations, including government and development partners.
- Analyze, integrate, and compile the collected data.
- Draft and finalize evaluation reports.
Required Profile
- At least a master’s degree (minimum) in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Development, International Development, Evaluation, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience leading evaluations of international development projects.
- Experience managing and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in entrepreneurship, business development, economics, finance, or enterprise support.
- Previous experience working in Egypt.
