Expert 4: Specialist in Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, and Communication

CEFE International GmbH, a German consultancy specializing in private sector development and international cooperation, will submit its application for the ProCircular project. The company has over 15 years of experience in implementing projects globally, promoting innovative and sustainable approaches to strengthen capacities in inclusive businesses.

To form our pool of experts, we are seeking a consultant for the position:  Specialist in Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, and Communication

Qualifications:

1. Education:

   • Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, communication, environmental management, or related fields.

   • Master’s degree in knowledge management, adult education, sustainability, or fields related to social development.

2. General Professional Experience:

   • 6 years in adult education and/or training on topics related to sustainable development, circular economy, energy efficiency, or climate change.

   • 3 years in developing knowledge management systems and strategic project communication.

3. Specific Professional Experience:

   • 6 years in designing teaching tools, digital content, and participatory methodologies.

   • 2 specific experiences in managing learning networks, multi-stakeholder platforms, or regional training spaces with a focus on circular economy or energy efficiency.

4. Additional Requirements:

   • Experience in mainstreaming gender approaches in training processes.

   • Experience in monitoring applied learning and systematizing lessons for scaling up.

Languages:

• Knowledge of Spanish at a C1 level.
