Key Expert 2: Training Coordinator
(indicative 180 working days annually)
Qualifications and skills
- A university degree (with a program of at least 4 years) in education, human resources management, public administration, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of the local language.
General professional experience
- At least 8 years of professional experience in coordinating training programmes, capacity-building activities, or educational initiatives.
Specific professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating large-scale training programmes for public administration or government institutions
-Experience in conducting training needs assessments and translating findings into tailored training curricula and materials.
- Experience in EU-funded capacity-building or training projects implemented in EU candidate or potential candidate countries is an asset.
