Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Law (LLM or equivalent), with a specialization in labour or employment law.
Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated professional experience in labour and employment law, including experience in West Africa.
In-depth knowledge of Côte d’Ivoire and Benin labour and employment legislation.
Proven experience advising on: Employment contracts and HR policies, Organizational restructuring or workforce transformation, Labour compliance and dispute prevention
Prior experience advising public sector entities or donor-funded programs such as Global Fund, GAVI, USAID is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both English and French.
