Junior Programmatic / M&E Expert

    Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Medicine, Public Health, Epidemiology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a junior M&E expert with donors and international development agencies, including substantial experience in West Africa.
• Good understanding of public health monitoring and evaluation systems, particularly in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and/or Malaria.
• Prior experience with the Global Fund and other major development programmes in multiple countries is highly desirable.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in both English and French.
