We are currently preparing a proposal for an upcoming assignment in Lao PDR and are looking for qualified short-term experts for Pool 1.

We are particularly interested in experts with experience in:

• business development services, support services, and service provider market development
• capacity building interventions
• business, organisational, and financial services
• green and digital services
• technical services in relevant target sectors
• women’s economic empowerment
• business model development
• development cooperation projects
• Laos and/or wider Southeast Asia

Strong language skills in English are essential. Knowledge of Lao, a minority language, or a regional language such as Thai or Vietnamese would be a strong asset.
