Techno-legal Expert

We are pursuing an opportunity for 3 road sections in Bihar, to be delivered in 2 phases (Part A: Development and Pre-Construction Activities, Part B: Construction Activities) for 3 sections. The engagement scope involves

• Phase I: DPR Monitoring, Project Structuring, Financing, Transaction Support and Bid Process Management
• Phase II: Technical Advisory, Planning and Monitoring, Cost and Budget Control, Contract Administration and Claims Assessment/ Support, Disputes, etc

We are looking for an expert with the following criteria:

• Graduation in Civil Engineering + Graduation in Law (Post Graduate degree preferred)
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience
• Minimum 5 years handling PPP projects
• Preparation of contracts, contract negotiation, and successful  project closure of at least 2 PPP highway/bridge projects in similar capacity
