EU funded Outreach and Communication Support for the EU Delegation – Europe House Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The overall objective of this contract is to raise public awareness about EU values, policies, programmes and financial assistance, ensuring an informed public debate on benefits and challenges of the EU enlargement process and EU membership.
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor’s degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of 3 years of study in a university or equivalent institution), or 3-year of relevant experience above the relevant general professional experience required below;
• Additional desirable asset: working knowledge of any of BiH official languages (Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian)
General professional experience
• Minimum 5 years, preferably 10 years, of relevant professional experience in the field of public relations, communication and information, media and press, policy advocacy or marketing.
Specific professional experience
• Experience in the management of minimum two projects, preferably four, aimed at communication towards public, in the domain of social, policy, government or EU communication (including public awareness or issue/policy advocacy). The project should be completed within the last twelve years from the submission deadline, with each project having a minimum budget of EUR 400,000.
• Experience in the management of a team of at least three members of professional staff of at least one year duration, preferably five years.
