Education

A university degree in:

• Economics;
• Business;
• Finance;
• Education;
• Social Sciences; or
• another related field.

Required Experience

• Good understanding of the Albanian education system, particularly the TVET/VET system.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in designing and implementing industry-demanded workforce development and training programmes.
• Experience in:
• development of VET programmes;
• training delivery;
• curriculum design.
• Experience in the design and development of manuals and training processes.

Skills and Languages

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of Albanian and English.
