Skill development in local tourism systems

Objective. The EBRD contract aims to strengthen the skills base and employability within local tourism systems by delivering targeted vocational training programmes responding directly to the skills gaps identified through the Skills Needs Assessment (SNA) in the pilot territories.

A university degree in:

• Economics;
• Education;
• Social Sciences; or
• another related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience working with:
• employment processes;
• mentoring processes;
• the private sector;
• non-governmental environments.
• Experience in the design and development of manuals and training processes.

Skills and Languages

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of Albanian and English.
