Technical Experts (Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, Transport Engineering, Engineers)

Qualification Requirements

The Technical Expert shall hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a related field and possess at least 10 years of international experience in road asset management, road maintenance engineering, Performance-Based Maintenance Contracts (PBMC), Road Asset Management Systems (RAMS), and maintenance performance monitoring. Previous experience supporting institutional reforms in the road sector will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Expert shall assess existing maintenance practices, support the development of PBMC methodologies, establish technical performance indicators, define service levels, contribute to RAMS integration, develop standard PBMC documentation, prepare technical guidance for maintenance planning, and support implementation of pilot PBMC contracts.
