LDA Europe (Leadership Development Association)

The LDA Albania is re- launched in Vlora on October 2016 with the main purpose to promote the concrete initiatives for the consolidation of the democracy at local level, the development of the institutions capacity at local level through exchange of its expertise and experience, training of local councilors and civil administration, the development of a network of European cities in the protection of human rights including minorities in large sense of the word, a social pluralist society including all the social conviction and the promotion of intercultural and inter ethnic dialogue and of human rights respect.
